Schools And Institutions
Restock Quotes Are Built For Labs, Not Shopping Carts
School darkroom restock orders are quoted within 2 business days and usually packed within 5 business days when cartons are in distributor stock. Common requests include paper cases, chemistry cartons, archival sleeves, replacement bulbs, graduates, tongs, trays, and safety labels.
Tell us the semester start date, class size, number of enlarger stations, and whether students are printing RC, fiber, or both. That changes what should be deep stock and what can wait for a second freight run.

Monday Cutoff, Thursday Arrival
Special-order film, paper, and chemistry arrive on the Thursday freight run if ordered by Monday at 2:00 PM and if the distributor has the items in stock. A quote will say if the item is confirmed, backordered, or better substituted.

Monday at 2:00 PM for the normal Thursday distributor arrival.
Deposit
Special orders over $200.00 require a 50% deposit before the carton is committed.
Hold Period
Unopened special-order film and paper are held for 14 calendar days after arrival.
